One Person: $75 (Public transportation to the first stop included)** Two to Eight Persons: $50 per person (Public transportation to the first stop included)** Nine to Twelve Persons: $30 per person Twelve or more persons: $20 per person (Note: for groups of twelve or more, 50% is due in advance at least one week before the tour) ** For longer Greenwich Village tours, of at least three hours (they can be done many ways), the price would be higher, to be discussed. **Public transportation: I can pick up guests at their hotels in Manhattan or Brooklyn, or we can meet at the first stop. For the Brooklyn Brownstone tour, there is also a short subway ride between neighborhoods. For DUMBO/Williamsburg: One Person: $100 Two to Four Persons: $75 per person For this tour, subway fare to the first stop, ferry fare and subway fare back to Manhattan are included.
